What is your shipping policy?
Please allow 14-28 days to process your orders. Shipping times below. No P.O. Boxes allowed.

Customs duties are not included in our shipping rates; they are to be paid by the customer and are determined by the country in which the customer is ordering from.
Why do I have to pay taxes on my order?
Because Chocolate & Cinnamon is domiciled in the UK, and ships from CA, we are required to pay the state quarterly 7.75% tax from sales of merchandise to CA residents and tax from sales of merchandise to US residents in states outside of CA.
I placed an order earlier today. Can I cancel it?
Orders typically go into processing which could take up to 14 days. In the first 7 days, you can make a cancellation request. Beyond 7 days, it cannot be canceled. If you want to return the unopened items, please see the return policy below.
What is your return policy?
We are not able to offer returns or exchanges if products have been opened. All products now ship with tamper-evident packaging. If products are unopened and unused, exchanges for store credit are accepted within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us for an Authorization Number.
Do you offer any discount codes?
Sometimes we offer discount codes for our products. These are announced via the website, via our email newsletter, or on Instagram. Please note that we cannot apply discount codes to an order once it has already been submitted. You are welcome to use any discount codes on future orders.
Are your products cruelty free?
YES, absolutely! Our manufacturers are based in the USA and are entirely cruelty free. The products are also paraben free and gluten free. Please view the details on each product for other types of ingredients we make sure are NOT included.
Are your products Vegan?
YES, all of our products are Vegan!
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened, our products have a shelf life of two years. Once opened, products have a shelf life of one year. However, like any skincare or cosmetic product, if you notice a change in smell, texture, or color, please discard the product.
Can I use your products even if my dermatologist says I should use something else?
You should always follow the advice of your medical professional. We are not liable for any damages that may result from not following your medical professional’s advice.
